James Enterprises is a Polish consulting firm working with companies in Europe and the United States. It exists to give small and mid-sized companies access to senior commercial judgment without the overhead of an agency or the narrowness of a single-discipline specialist.
Background
The firm draws on over two decades of international business experience, working between Poland and the United States. It grew out of a straightforward observation: most cross-border problems that look legal are in fact commercial, and most that look commercial have a legal edge to them. Being able to see both at once is the whole value.
The work spans marketing, sales, advertising, copywriting, business strategy, business development, website development and management, and the related services a growing company needs but cannot justify hiring for. Clients are typically companies with real operations and no interest in being anyone's case study.
Roger Barrett James works with the firm on client engagements, and brings the commercial and cross-border experience the practice is built on. He is separately an attorney; that work is carried out through his own practice at rbj.law, not through James Enterprises.
